Status of current downloadable version:

Version: PRE 1.0-1(V0.1)

• FDC module does DMA reads to drive 0 (A:, /dev/fd0)

• ATA module detects Harddisks and CD-ROMS.

• DarkFS Driver only supports single-sector file and single sector root directory read-only access.

• 80386 32-BIT PROTECTED MODE KERNEL.

Bugs: In V0.1, there are three bugs/issues that I know of, but it is only a pre-release so they probably won't be fixed until V1.0

• On some machines the computer triple faults during startup.  I've isolated the problem to something in the INT 0x30 API.  It works fine on my 'puter but not on a couple at school or one of my friends.  If this happens to you could you email me with your specs. so that I can fix the problem.

• I haven't finished some of the failsafe interpreters commands. RDS doesn't accept the parameters yet but should be fixed by V0.3 or V0.4

• If you press a key before the Welcome to DarkOS.... message comes up completely then for some reason the keyboard handler stuffs up (I believe it to be the handler because the timer interrupt still works)
